Key Accountabilities

  • Process purchase orders in the Company's systems and files (predominantly SAP & Excel)
  • Check data accuracy in orders and supply chain documentation
  • Contact vendors to obtain missing information or answer queries
  • Control the flow of incoming materials via communications with vendors
  • Handle order pricing formalities
  • Maintain purchasing reporting records
  • Handle claims communications with vendors

Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree (AEI) in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
  • Masters Degree will be considered a plus
  • Previous work experience will be considered a plus
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Advanced skills using MS Office
  • Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
  • Strong negotiating skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Time-management skills
