The company offers the opportunity to those who wish to express interest in the position of ‘Inventory Planner’ | ‘Υπεύθυνος/η Σχεδιασμού’, for its premises in Skouries Chalkidiki. The position will be reported to the Inventory Planner/ Controller of the Warehouse department in Skouries.
Main Responsibilities:
· Monitoring and adjusting reorder points, safety stock, and replenishment strategies to optimize inventory levels.
· Coordinating stock transfers between warehouses to prevent shortages or overstocking.
· Working closely with Warehouse, Procurement, and Transportation teams to ensure timely and cost-effective inventory movements.
· Planning inbound and outbound shipments with suppliers and logistics partners.
· Classifying inventory, identifying slow-moving items, and developing strategies to minimize excess stock.
· Analyzing "what-if" scenarios to adapt to demand changes and manage critical shortages.
· Tracking KPIs through S/4HANA and contributing to projects aimed at optimizing inventory management.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration or any other related field.
· Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other related discipline (preferred).
· 3-5 years in inventory planning, demand forecasting or supply chain management
· Certification in APICS CPIM, CSCP, L6S (preferred).
· Advanced Excel Skills
· Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA MM and MRP modules
