We are looking for a Asset Management Professional to join our dynamic team.
As the Asset Management Professional you will be responsible for providing administrative support in asset management.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating electronic and physical records related to properties, investments, or other assets.
- Preparing reports and documentation.
- Real Estate/Investment Management Support, monitoring new projects and facility licensing.
- Collaborating with legal, financial, and other departments, as well as suppliers and clients, regarding company real estate management matters.
- Handling daily correspondence with all relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate portfolio management.
- Understanding of technical terms and documents related to Asset Management.
- Knowledge of ERP systems or real estate management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Technical University).
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in property management, licensing, a technical company, or a real estate management firm.
