About the job
As an International Procurement Coordinator, you will be a crucial contributor to the growth of Polypack Group, playing an important role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our international suppliers. Together with our sales department and the rest of procurement team, you will be responsible for processing and following up on purchase orders with suppliers, liaising daily with existing suppliers, requesting quotations, samples, and lead times for new or existing products as well as actively searching for new, reliable suppliers to expand our sourcing network.
Responsibilities
- Processing and following up on purchase orders with suppliers.
- Collecting and reviewing shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, certificates, etc.).
- Liaising daily with existing suppliers (mainly in China and India) to track production and dispatch status.
- Requesting quotations, samples, and lead times for new or existing products.
- Actively searching for new, reliable suppliers to expand our sourcing network.
- Evaluating supplier capabilities, pricing, and quality standards.
- Preparing and organizing import files for internal records and audits.

Requirements for the job
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or similar discipline
- Previous work experience of 1–2 years in import/procurement department is a must.
- Strong time management and organizational skills are a must.
- Proficiency in English is a must and requirement.
- Excellent negotiation & multitasking skills
- Being able to work under pressure is a must.
- Very good analytical and mathematical skills
