At ALUMIL, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and quality to our customers. We are seeking a skilled Logistics Consultant to enhance our logistics planning, reporting, and inventory management processes, ensuring optimal cost efficiency.

Your Role:

  • Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve overall efficiency and service quality
  • Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify trends and suggest actionable improvements
  • Implement and support digital tools like ERP, WMS, and MRP systems to enhance logistical accuracy
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses to minimize logistics expenses while maximizing service quality
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data and performance metrics
  • Facilitates the implementation of Alumil’s supply chain procedures through the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and the execution of ongoing audits at various sites
  • Evaluate the existing Logistics Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), such as Stock Levels, Stock Circulation Speed, Delivery Times, Open Orders, Stock Available for Delivery, and Customer Order Service Level, for the Alumil Group, and generate comprehensive reports for the management team
  • Coordinates daily operations and addresses issues pertaining to ERP and WMS modification requests or any malfunctions that may arise
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of the Group's information systems (ERP, WMS, etc.) in accordance with established policies and guidelines, while collaborating with the logistics managers of both subsidiary and parent companies


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics consulting role or equivalent
  • Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated expertise in logistics software, along with experience in reporting tools (such as Microsoft Power BI), database management (including SQL), and programming
  • Excellent communication skills, including a strong command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Possesses strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and effective communication skills
  • Capable of thriving in high-pressure environments
