Iaponiki S.A., a leading company in the independent automotive Aftermarket in Greece, with a nationwide network of stores and international collaborations, is looking for a Procurement & Inventory Coordinator, based in Markopoulo, Attica:

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify, check prices, and secure quality products that align with company specifications and market trends.
• Confirming, placing order recommendations to suppliers and ensuring proper order handling.
• Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock turnover while minimizing excess stock or stockouts/runouts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
• Monitor suppliers’ performance, KPIs and report any exceptions.
• Work closely with the product managers to monitor the achievement of supplier targets as well as emergencies issues (promotional campaigns etc.)
• Continuous collaboration with the accounting team for financial planning issues (cash flow etc.)
• Ensure all purchases and processes adhere to company policies and relevant regulations.
• Support Back Office Activities and create reports according to company standards.   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
• Certifications in the procurement or supply chain field are preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Proficient in ERP, MRP inventory systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• Teamwork & collaboration.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data driven decision-making.
• Time management & prioritization.
