Dynamic Pharma S.A. is a leading nationwide certified ISO 9001:2015 distributor of pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products.As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Commercial department’s team and looking for a talented and ambitious professional to cover the following (on-site) job role based in Peristeri:

Exports Specialist  (Ref. Code: EXS/04.25)

The job holder will be responsible for the full management of foreign clients’ orders so as to achieve efficient supply chain operations and ensure customers’ satisfaction. The job incumbent will report to the Exports Supervisor.

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling clients’ orders (from receiving and negotiating prices to payments’ invoices) based on company’s commercial policy
• Coordinating the involved company’s departments for the effective execution of clients’ orders
• Invoicing and monitoring invoices payments
• Maintaining appropriate exports files
• Performing (quantitative and qualitative) analysis of monthly orders
• Keeping updated the statistical records of the Exports department
• Forecasting monthly clients’ demand for products “in shortage” and informing the purchasing department

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Business or Economic Studies Technology (University/TEI)
• At least (2) two years of working experience in a commercial-oriented job role from exports/imports/purchasing department within a well-organized company, preferably in the Healthcare sector
• Proven track record with commercial related administrative tasks and export documents
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel)
• Proven experience in using ERP systems (ideally, EBS/Entersoft)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Energetic, self-motivated person with focus to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Customer centricity
