Responsibilities:

• Planning the production schedule

• Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement necessary corrective actions

Requirements:

• BSc degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering), Food Technologist or relevant
• At least 4 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in the food industry
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and team management skills
