Technical Lead
What you will be doing:
The Technical Lead will be responsible for providing effective management of maintenance operations and deliver a safe and effective place of work with focus on quality, service and cost with continuous improvement of performance.
- Plan and execute efficiently maintenance operations (preventive and corrective maintenance) to ensure high quality production with effective cost control
- Ensure application of maintenance Group standards & initiatives
- Drive performance gaps closure and continuous improvement of Utilities KPIs (heat, water, electricity, CO2, wastewater etc.)
- Ensuring operations compliance with HSE, quality standards and legal requirements
- Coach and develop maintenance teams in line with departmental requirements and company standards
What we are looking for:
- University degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering
- 2-3 years of relevant experience expected, preferably in the FMCG sector
- Fluency in Greek & Proficient in English
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- SAP knowledge will be considered as an asset
- Team spirit and effective demonstration of Triple A behaviors; Alignment, Accountability and Action.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Structured personality distinguished quick-thinking and decision-making capabilities
