This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production & Design Assistant (SolidWorks) at New Naval in Lavrio. We are looking for a detail-oriented Production & Design Assistant to support our production processes and assist with secondary design work in SolidWorks. The ideal candidate will help troubleshoot production equipment, perform design modifications, and ensure technical accuracy in production.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production program
- Assist in troubleshooting and maintenance of production equipment
- Support production with SolidWorks design modifications and updates
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure efficient workflows
- Maintain and update technical documentation related to production and design
- Assist in preparing technical drawings and implementing design amendments
- Ensure all designs and modifications comply with production standards
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technical support or design role in a production environment minimum 5 years
- Experience in ERP systems for logging production and design tasks
- Experience in SolidWorks or other CAD software minimum 2 years
- Experience in Lean manufacturing minimum 2 years
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional Greek and English language knowledge
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of CNC machinery and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and production processes
- Quality control procedures
