General Characteristics:

Oversees and manages production operations across multiple shifts within 2 manufacturing facilities, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective production of high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in mechanical or chemical engineering with experience in manufacturing management. A comprehensive understanding of material standards, safety regulations, and process controls is essential, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize the allocation of manpower, machinery, and raw materials to ensure cost-effective operations while meeting production goals.
• Guide Unit Supervisors to ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with quality control standards.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment in strict accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Participate in the Recruitment process, organize, train and motivate the production workforce to consistently achieve production schedules while maintaining optimal productivity and cost levels. Resolve grievances as necessary.
• Coordinate and streamline production processes across multiple shifts for seamless operations.
• Identify and recommend enhancements to production workflows, methods or equipment.
• Analyze production data to evaluate performance metrics and prepare detailed reports              

Qualifications and Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, production management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a production manager or in a similar leadership role (Experience in the construction chemistry industry or a related field will be a significant advantage.).
• Comprehensive understanding of production processes, systems, and relevant regulations.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in production planning tools and data analysis software.
• Strong leadership and effective communication skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Fluent in English language.
