Horizon is excited to announce a new opportunity within our team! We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our FIT/Leisure Incoming Department.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Working with senior team members on generating client proposals
· Knowledge on proposal costings and services required
· Maintaining appropriate communication with clients and support
· Ensure all deadlines are met
· Liaising with operations during final program development and fulfillment
· Controlling of bookings / release periods
· Maintaining all internal procedures from set up / operation to final billing of a project

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
· Knowledge on local destinations, including areas, hotels, restaurants, tours in main Greek destinations (Athens-Santorini-  Mykonos-Crete-Rhodes -etc.)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
· Strong understanding of service levels in reference to hospitality industry, responsibilities and going the extra mile
· Been proactive and problem solver
· Ability to work as part of a team and independently on projects that require initiative
· Positive minded

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· Ideal to have experience (DMC)
· Destination knowledge
