Senior Devices Support Engineer (Smart Metering EMEA)

Your main areas of responsibilities will be:

• Managing all aspects of support and maintenance for Landis + Gyr AG Electricity Devices within the EMEA region.
• Managing quality cases, CAPAs, interface to Quality and local technical support organizations.
• Maintaining the KPIs as assigned by Business Unit Electricity.
• Interfacing with Sales, Product Management and Operations teams to prioritize case work.
• Collaborating with global teams to promote and develop process development and continuous improvement.
• Providing global technical tender support for customer projects.

 Your profile:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in technical field (e.g. electronics, IT, SW or equivalent) or other equivalent academic degree.
• Proven track record in working in international R&D projects with multiple site connections.
• Experience in technical project management, with complex technical documentation and schematics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent your project in challenging situations, including customer meetings.
• Experience in working in a complex and agile business environment.
• Fluent communication and presentation skills in English.

 Will be considered a plus:

• Power line communication (PLC) and mobile networks experience.
• Azure DevOps, Service Now.
• DLMS Cosem Client.
• Any other spoken language.
