Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the MRF and PET production unit.
• Lead and manage technical teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize machinery performance.
• Train and mentor employees to enhance skills and productivity.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in PET recycling, waste management, or plastic processing.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MRF operations and PET production technologies.
• Familiarity with environmental compliance and workplace safety regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
