Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination and supervision of production and packaging department and problem solving according to GMP ( Good Manufacturing Practices​
• Staff management and training
• Ensuring and adhering to quality control and safety procedures
• Collaboration with R & D , Technical , QA and Supply departments
• Optimization of production processes to increase efficiency
• Monitoring the smooth & planned operation of production
• Participation in audits by internal and external bodies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or a related subject
• At least 4 years of experience in solid forms
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GMP)
• Team management and leadership skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
