Medical Omnichannel Communication Manager

(fix term contract)

The role:  As a Medical Omnichannel Communication Manager will be responsible for developing an O+O medical communication contents in line with brand priorities while enabling the teams of the field. The role has close collaboration with the marketing teams, the medical trainers, and the medical representatives.

What you will do:

• Develop the division’s and brand’s digital medical pole
• Identify the on- and off-line communication channels by target and the contact points with health professionals
• Remap the decision-making and information process of healthcare professionals by category / brand, in liaison with the Medical Business Analyst and Consumer Intelligence Team
• Lead all multichannel and/or digital innovation projects (websites, newsletters, webcasts, social media…)
• Develop the O+O content: medical visit aids, information leaflets for doctors and patients, professional websites, mail and newsletters, webinars, congress material…)
• Create a storytelling scenario and define key messages / claim for medical visit and train medical representatives accordingly
• Competitor monitoring
• Define and monitor the performance indicators for each channel (reach, commitment versus face to face contact and contact frequency)
• Make suggestions to optimize the return on investment and increase the level of prescriptions and recommendations
• Implement observational studies (localize international or create local)
• Follow up the successful implementation of the study in the field

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Health Care,
• Bachelor’s degree in Science (pharmacy, biology, chemistry, or equivalent scientific studies) or in Marketing, Business Administration
• Master Equivalent or MBA would be a plus
• Proficient English communication skills (written & verbal) 
• Excellent knowledge of Greek (written & verbal)
