Your main responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head chef.
Oversee and assist Commis Chefs and other junior kitchen employees.
Manage the inventory for your station, including ordering ingredients and controlling costs.
Adhere to and implement sanitation and safety regulations.
What will you bring?
Culinary arts degree or certificate from a vocational school.
Previous experience in a similar role.
The ability to work well in a team and a passion for cooking are essential.
