Your main purpose
Guest Assistance & Hospitality: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and nearby attractions. Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution.
Lobby Management: Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and ambiance of the lobby. Ensure proper seating arrangements and manage guest flow during peak hours.
Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with the front desk, deluxe concierge, groom coordinator desk. Ensure smooth guest check-ins and check-outs by liaising with front office employees. Assist in the coordination of VIP guest arrivals and departures.
What will you bring?
Previous experience in a relevant position preferably in a 5* resort or hotel environment.
Fluency in English.
Fluency in a second language (Russian, German, French).
Degree in Hospitality Management / Tourism.
Strong communicative, interpersonal, managerial & problem-solving skills.
