About the Job
Location: carpo headquarters, Koropi, Athens
Department: Quality Assurance
Position: Quality Control Assistant
Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager
Main Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks during the production process and on final products.
- Apply quality control procedures according to industry standards and requirements.
- Record and analyze quality control results, report potential issues, and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with the production team to prevent and resolve quality deviations.
- Handling processes related to ISO 22000
Qualifications/Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Up to 3 years of experience in quality control, ideally in the food industry.
- Good knowledge of quality control processes and related standards (e.g., ISO, HACCP).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
