We are seeking a highly motivated Quality & Reporting Assistant to join our Quality Team in Elefsina.

As a Quality & Reporting Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality standards are maintained across all processes and will assist in preparing and analyzing reports to support decision-making.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Recording new company procedures and updating existing ones in collaboration with Department Managers.
• Assistance in the implementation of the internal audit program and following up on corrective actions.
• Communicating with supervisors and team members to identify and promptly resolve any issues that arise.
• Coordinating with various departments as necessary to gather data for reporting purposes.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset, thriving in a cooperative and inclusive environment.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying challenges and implementing solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both Greek and English (business writing and verbal).
• A self-starter, capable of working independently when required.
• Experience in quality management and familiarity with ISO standards is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of environmental, energy, or ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards will be considered a plus.
• Prior experience in quality assurance or reporting is a plus.
