We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Associate to join our Quality Assurance (QA) department. This role reports to the QA Director.

Responsibilities:

• Follow GMP guidelines and adhere to SOPs and GMP requirements and enforce hygiene rules in the factory environment
• Work closely with other departments to facilitate actions and maintain compliance with the current systems for change controls, CAPA, deviations, complaints, internal GxP audit observation follow up
• Utilize quality tools and techniques to perform and document full root cause investigations, to evaluate and resolve quality issues, and to enhance continuous improvement
• Update, maintain and improve quality management system process documents and documentation
• Monitor and review Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs) with customers and suppliers
• Perform data analyses, prepare quality trend/metrics, and report results as required
• Prepare and review records (e.g., logbooks, SOPs, training courses, hygiene forms)
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems (physical and digital) and keep track of important documentation related to quality management systems
• Supplier Evaluations and obtain supporting evidence such as contracts, ISO/Quality certifications, supplier surveys, and audit reports
• Assist QA Director with the Internal Audit Program and External Audits. This may include acting as an Assistant Internal Auditor when assigned audit duties, assisting with audit scheduling, and coordinating follow-up corrective and preventive actions and supporting documentation
• Responsible for training new and/or existing colleagues on specific procedures/processes
• Ensure all training records and other validation documentation updated according to corporate policies
• Assist in preparing validation protocols, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with both regulatory and company standards
• Any other duties within the competency of the job as directed by QA Director

Key Selection Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Chemistry, Biology) or a related field.
• Strategic-minded, analytical and detail-oriented
• Advanced computer Skills in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work appropriately with a focus on detail, timelines and deliverables
• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages
