                                                         Quality Control Analyst

Role mission:  

Provides quality control testing on products in compliance with all necessary regulations as well as inspecting procedures and outputs.

 Main responsibilities:

• Inspecting raw and packaging materials
• Testing and recording measurements of various product attributes at all production stages.
• Comparing these measurements to a pre-defined standard specification
• Monitoring production practices to ensure compliance with GMP-GHP standards
• Providing assistance to production staff where necessary and monitoring implementation, regarding the Quality Control procedures
• Participating in food tasting of products in order to monitor the tests, so as to provide enhancement to quality parameters
• Compiling test measurements and outcomes into reports
• Participating in the probe of any quality aberration or any customer complaint and provide corrective actions

Qualifications:

• University degree in Food Technology or Agriculture
• At least two years of working experience in a similar role
• Very good knowledge of English language and familiarity with writing using Food Technology terminology.
• PC literacy and good knowledge of MS Office with MS Office
