ONE PHARMA, one of the fastest growing manufacturers of Pharmaceutical Finished products in Greece, is looking for a talented individual to fill the position of QA Systems Officer to strengthen the QA Team and supporting the Continuous Improvement Company’s Plan. The role is located in company’s Production Plant at Schimatari – Greece. The QA Officer will report to the QA Supervisor.

Role and Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the QMS in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal company standards.
• Manage document control activities, including creation, review, approval, and archiving of quality-related documents and SOPs.
• Oversee the change control process, ensuring all changes are assessed, documented, and effectively implemented, including the preparation and issuance of quarterly change control status reports
• Perform risk assessments for changes impacting quality systems.
• Implement, monitor, and follow up on Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), ensuring timely completion across all departments.
• Prepare for and participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits, including customer inspections; develop audit plans and ensure readiness of relevant documentation and stakeholders.
• Evaluate the performance and compliance of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate site activities related to temperature control and pest control management.
• Develop and deliver training programs on quality-related topics to ensure personnel understand QMS processes and regulatory expectations and coordinate the annual training schedule.
• Coordinate the site’s annual calibration plan.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency.

Qualification profile

• University degree preferably in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemical Engineer or similar scientific disciplines.
• Excellent Greek and English oral communication and scientific writing skills
• Competency in Microsoft Office focused to Microsoft word and Microsoft Excel
• Focus on results through cooperation and teamwork
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective communication both internally and externally
