Delfi Partners is currently looking to hire a reliable individual for the position of Real Estate Analyst to join our fast-growing Asset Management team in Athens.   

Responsibilities: 

• Be involved in a wide variety of valuation audits, real estate AM, valuations and due diligence projects. 
• Assist in portfolio reviews and assets due diligences. 
• Assist in the management of real estate assets of all types (residential, commercial, land). 
• Develop recommendations to support key asset monetization decisions. 
• Collect data, information and statistics to help formulate and provide relevant and periodic reports to the Project Manager. 
• Participate in technical discussions on on-going projects and provide regular input. 
• Assist and participate in office organization and administration. 
• Data input and analysis, data entry and economic research. 

Requirements: 

• University degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics or any other relevant discipline. 
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage. 
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and verbal). 
• Excellent knowledge of MS office. 

• Business awareness and high motivation. 
• Commitment to delivering highest quality. 
• Excellent organization and time management skills. 
• Attention to detail.
