Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with tenants and managing their requests
  • Providing information and support to tenants
  • Monitoring tenant bills (building common expenses, water consumption)
  • Collaborating with the building management
  • Collecting and reviewing bills and invoices
  • Recording expenses in each property accounting record
  • Working with suppliers to issue property certificates

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to details
  • Previous experience in property management or a related field is desirable
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Familiarity with property management software is desirable
  • Accounting knowledge
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and G-Suite
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
  • Driving license
  • Completed military obligations (for male applicants)
