Orizory is an Independent Real Estate Asset Management Company offering end-to-end Property Management and REO solutions to Financial Institutions and Private Equity funds.
Objective:
Our strategy is to support our clients to efficiently manage their portfolio of Real Estate assets utilizing creative and intensive practices leveraging costs and defining tailored-made methodologies to enhance asset value and its commercialization.
Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process of properties (acquisition through auctions). Monitoring the onboarding process from the auction bidding up to the eviction.
- Communicate with notaries and bailiffs, οrganize and maintain documents and update internal and external systems and files.
- Working closely with the other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
- Coordinating internal and external channels (notaries, bailiffs, legal advisors, asset management providers) for the execution of the relevant process.
- Preparing reports defining project progress KPIs and SLAs.
- Review deliverables based on the quality standards.
- Collect and report all expenses and related documents/invoices for the under management REO portfolio, and prepare periodic pre-invoice reports
Qualifications
- 1-2 years working experience in a relevant position
- Experience in execution of REO SLA from REO Servicers or Banking organizations would be considered as plus
- Bachelor’s and/or Masters’ degree in either Law, Real Estate, Business, or Finance degree
- Experience in coordinating projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Deadline conscious, team-player with good verbal & written communications skills,
- Advanced knowledge of computer and MS Office,
- Fluency in English
