Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EU Proposal Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and submitting high-quality proposals for EU funding programs.

The ideal candidate will be part of a bid team, and his/her responsibilities will include the development of clear, concise, accurate and compliant responses to Calls for Proposals issued by the European Union, specifically programmes such as Erasmus+ KA2, Erasmus+ KA3, CERV, AMIF, Justice, Next Med and Horizon.  The proposal writer will be involved in all aspects of the proposal development process including proposal writing, consortium building, methodology design and project organization. This role requires a deep understanding of EU funding regulations and procedures.

Qualifications and Previous Experience:

• Proven track record of successful EU proposal writing and/or project management.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g. Social Sciences, Political Sciences, Pedagogy, International Relations, Public Policy or any other relevant field).
• In-depth knowledge of EU funding programs, particularly in the fields of education, training, and research.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office Suite, project management tools).
