JOB DESCRIPTION

Innovation Hive's Business Development Manager is responsible for securing the organisation’s sustainability in terms of funding, expanding of network of partners and increasing the participation of the organisation in submission of proposals in various projects and programmes both in European and in national level.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in economics, management, administration or in a relevant field
• Master degree will be considered as a strong asset
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Prior experience of at least 2 years in the field of EU programmes will be considered as a strong asset
• Self-motivation, drive, persistence, enthusiasm and effective time management
• Ability to travel abroad
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Problem solving
• Facilitate the organization of workshops and dissemination activities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implementation of organisation’s Business development strategies
• Define tasks and the action for their implementation
• Designing and writing of new ideas
• Tracking of submission cases, network of partners, statistics of calls and programmes
