Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers, assist in finding products, answer queries, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the company's products to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
• Stock Management: Monitor and replenish stock on the sales floor, ensure products are neatly displayed, and inform management of low inventory.
• Cash Handling: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit/debit cards, and maintain accuracy in financial transactions while following company protocols.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the sales area clean, organized, and presentable to create an inviting shopping environment.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless operations and contribute to a positive work culture.

Candidate Profile:

• Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in using computers and MS Office applications..
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
