About the role of "HR Generalist"

Are you passionate about Human Resources management and eager to make a difference in a growing company? We are looking for an HR Generalist (operations) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of creating a positive and efficient workplace for our 100 employees.

 

As an "HR Generalist" you will:

  • Assist in managing all HR processes and administrative tasks, including payroll management, benefits coordination, compliance with regulatory requirements, and onboarding and offboarding activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates to the HR Information System (HRIS) by collecting and inputting employee lifecycle data, such as personal information, contract details, and compensation and benefits information.
  • Establish and implement internal HR procedures to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Support the recruitment process by participating in job postings, candidate selection, and conducting interviews.
  • Contribute to onboarding and offboarding processes by organizing training sessions for new hires and conducting exit interviews for departing employees.
  • Communicate personnel changes to internal teams and ensure the integrity of personnel records, including NDAs, compensation details, and employment contracts.

 

You are the ideal "HR Generalist" if you stand for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field would be an asset
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR Administration or similar role
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with HRIS and HCM software (Epsilonnet proficiency is essential)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Excellent time management skills, analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • High ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for continuous learning and making meaningful contributions
