Job description:

• Creation and implementation of purchase/sales orders and delivery
• Organization of documents necessary for export/import, in close cooperation with transport companies.
• Inventory controls and retail stock
• Supervision of the entire supply chain up to the final delivery of goods to customers and receipt of all necessary documents from customers, suppliers, customs, etc.
• Control of invoices from suppliers, customers and external logistics and delivery related service providers.
• Invoicing and feeding into the accounting
• Data input and reporting (sell in, sell out, inventory analysis).
• Optimization of logistics/supply management
• Interpreting data, identifying relevant trends, and recommending aligned
• Collection, organization, analysis, interpretation and identification of relevant trends and presentation of information in a meaningful manner using large, datasets and
• Developing an understanding of the company’s business processes and how they relate to the software being utilized.
• Warehouse accounting - Inventory controls and retail stock
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program.
