🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, you will:
• Support Marketing Plans: Assist in crafting and implementing strategic marketing plans.
• Daily Marketing Activities: Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Select and create content for email campaigns and brief the design team.
• Landing Pages: Develop and update engaging landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Presentations: Prepare impactful presentations for stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Compelling Copy: Write attention-grabbing copy for ads, email, and social media posts.
• Weekly Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to the La Redoute Global team.
• Event Support: Aid the marketing team with event-related activities and promotions.
• Social Media & Content Management: Maintain and manage engaging content across platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
• CMS Content: Upload and manage web content (banners & texts).
• Supplier Communication: Coordinate with suppliers for marketing requirements.
• Physical Store Marketing: Create marketing materials for La Redoute's physical stores.
• Visual Design: Collaborate on visual assets for digital campaigns using Photoshop and Canva.

🎯 Requirements:

• Copywriting Skills: Exceptional ability to create persuasive content for digital platforms.
• Organizational Skills: Skilled in managing multiple projects and tasks.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Greek, both written and spoken.
• Social Media Savvy: Experienced in social media management and content creation.
• Email Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with tools and best practices for email marketing.
• Attention to Detail: Particularly in reporting and follow-ups.
• Can-Do Attitude: Proactive and ready to take on new challenges.
• Retail Experience: Experience in fashion/homeware retail is a plus.
• Team Spirit: Collaborative, creative, and solution-oriented.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, ideally within e-commerce.
