We are currently looking for an expert in sales of FMCG products and in retail channels who can contribute to the development of retail strategy and lead implementation of Arla Retail Strategy and deliver targeted sales growth.

- Steering of customers to reach designated sales target levels. Develops profitable business with new and existing customers
- Supervises and supports Distributor’s sales representatives to deliver Distribution and sales targets
- Responsible for the level of sales in an assigned geography, and list of customer accounts according to the company sales policy
- As category expert, possesses and applies detailed category and product knowledge and is recognized as category expert from the customer
- Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales targets and in charge of sales expansion, introducing new products/services to clients and organizing visits to current and potential clients
- Submits short and long-range sales plans and prepares sales strategies using available marketing and customer marketing programs to reach designated targets
- Responsible for retaining long-term customer relationships with established clients
Candidate Profile
- Education at Bachelor level. Master’s degree in Marketing / Business is a plus
- 7 years of experience in sales and min 3 years in a similar role in FMCG
- Competency in Excel, Power Point, and in adopting new technologies
- Fluent in English as a second language is a must-have
- Driving license 2+ years and Military Obligations need to be fulfilled
