About the Junior Brand Manager Role
The Junior Brand Manager role is vital to the development and growth of ENA Athletics through making the brand known and loved by customers. This individual will be instrumental in creating campaigns, managing influencer collaborations, boosting digital and social media presence while contributing to a variety of partnerships and events. Working closely with senior team members, this role requires a dynamic marketer with a broad foundation in marketing, comfortable with the fluid environment of a start up company.

Key Responsibilities
Influencer & Social Media Management
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers to amplify ENA’s brand presence.
- Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop and manage a social media content calendar, collaborating with content providers to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize social media strategies and campaigns.
Event Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of press, consumer, and athlete-focused events.
- Coordinate logistics, resources, and personnel for successful event delivery.
- Assist in managing external suppliers and vendors for event-related activities.
Marketing Support
- Assist in implementing marketing campaigns aligned with ENA’s brand values and objectives.
- Collaborate with agencies and creative partners to produce content for targeted media channels.
- Support market research to identify opportunities and trends that inform strategic decisions.
- Support ENA’s digital presence, including website updates, email marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
Community Building
- Build and nurture relationships with the running community, starting in Greece and expanding globally.
- Leverage insights and data to engage the running community effectively through personalized communications.
- Monitor and respond to online feedback to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate with community leaders and event organizers to establish ENA’s presence as a trusted brand in the running space.
Content Creation and Campaign Management
- Support the development of creative campaigns that showcase ENA’s unique story and values.
- Work on creating and distributing brand communication materials, including website content, email campaigns, and digital ads.
- Ensure campaigns resonate with target audiences and align with the brand’s tone and visual identity.
Performance Tracking and Insights
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media, influencer campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Use insights from data analytics to inform future marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong foundation in social media strategy, influencer management, and event coordination.
Skills and Qualities
