- Support the Store Manager in all operational and strategic duties

- Monitor stock levels and oversee inventory management processes
- Ensure the store operates smoothly in compliance with company standards and regulations
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance and career growth
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement new initiatives and business strategies
- Prepare and analyze reports to monitor progress and inform decision-making
