More specifically, the candidate will:
- Plan, execute, and evaluate operational strategies to achieve business objectives

- Implement store merchandising, display strategies, and promotional activities
- Conduct performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective resolution of concerns and queries
- Coordinate with regional teams to align store objectives with overall company goals
