We are currently seeking a full-time Client Sales Advisor for our Seasonal Boutique in Nammos Village Mykonos with a great personality, passion and good understanding for the Luxury Sector. The position acquires, cultivates and maintains relationships with our clients through deep product knowledge, personal engagement and luxury service. You will be responsible for providing exceptional experience, though showcasing product knowledge and playing a key role in storytelling our universe.
Your Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome clients throughout all areas of the store.
• Show passion in connecting and reconnecting with clients, putting them at the center, identifying their needs and anticipating their future requests.
• Support the Opening (April) and Closing (October) of the Seasonal Boutique along with the team and the local providers to complete all the administrative tasks.
• Proactively support the daily tasks of the store, opening/closing, following and implementing company policies and procedures.
• Operate independently to keep the store clean, fill in the stock, assist with visual merchandising.
• Demonstrate expertise and knowledge of the brand.
• Achieve sales and boutique KPI goals by supporting the Boutique Manager with the daily, weekly and monthly reports when needed.
Your Requirements
• Significant experience in Sales and good understanding of Luxury industry is must.
• Previous experience in a similar position will be considered positively.
• Speaking English fluently; proficiency in a third language will be an asset.
• Results-oriented mindset, proactive attitude and adaptability.
• Team player spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Microsoft.
• Availability from April to October.
