Position: Sales Associate

Reporting to: Store Manager/Shift Supervisor

The Sales Associate at carpo ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service while maintaining the presentation of the sales floor, products, signage, and dis-plays.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcomes customers to the store and answers their questions.
• Assesses customers’ needs and provides assistance and information on product features and nutritional values.
• Maintains in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Keeps informed on products offered and discusses available options.
• Cross sells products to increase purchase amounts.
• Complies to inventory control procedures.
• Follows health and safety regulations in work environment.
• Is a shining example of well behavior and high performance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to provide excellent customer service.
• A team player, considering of his / her colleagues.
