Job Description: As a Power Generation outside Sales Executive, you will be crucial to expanding our market presence and reaching ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Negotiating contracts and closing sales above target expectations.
- Expanding sales territories and identifying new business opportunities.
- Advising on our range of power generation and sustainable products.
- Attending and participating in industry seminars, trade shows, and networking events.
- Researching new technologies and keeping up-to-date with industry trends.
- Actively seeking new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Preparing quotations and delivering presentations on products and services.
Qualifications and Skills:
Essential:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Prior experience in the power generation industry (advantageous).
- Exceptional networking and relationship management capabilities.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively and meet strict deadlines.
- Fluency in both Greek and English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Desirable:
- Advanced certifications in sales or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Energy Management, or a related discipline (advantageous).
- In-depth knowledge of diesel systems, gas systems, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and microgrid technologies.
- Experience with sustainable energy solutions and products.
- Familiarity with energy market trends and regulatory frameworks.
