- Developing and maintaining trustful relationships with customers
- Processing customer orders and inquiries and capturing customer complaints
- Cooperating with involved departments to collect necessary information for confirming delivery dates to customers
- Preparing and arranging the shipment of samples to customers
- Informing customers about general changes, news, frame conditions
- Administrating our master data in the ERP system
- Creating sales reports by collecting and analyzing data for management information purposes
- Promoting our ALPLA new launches
ΤΙ ΣΕ ΚΑΝΕΙ ΝΑ ΞΕΧΩΡΙΖΕΙΣ
- Technical or commercial degree or equivalent education
- Affinity to work with figures
- At least 1 year of working experience in a relevant role (familiarity with a B2B or pharma organization will be considered as an asset)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Being proactive, organized and customer service-oriented
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Fluent in Greek and English languages
