Our successful operation is based on the technical know-how, innovative mindset and collaboration spirit of our team who is committed to making a global impact. The Heavy Clay Division is looking for an Area Sales Manager for America, United Kingdom & North Africa.

Your role in more detail:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Participate in the preparation of the annual sales plan and the actions needed to be taken to achieve the goals in the area
  • Explore and map the market to reach new customers
  • Identify customers' current and future needs in services and products through personal contacts with existing and potential customers
  • Promote the sale of spare parts and services (analyzes, diagnostics) to existing and new customers by drafting corresponding proposals
  • Follow up the offers submitted and inform about their progress
  • Inform and discuss the reasons for loss or cancellation of a potential project with the aim of continuously improving personal and corporate performance
  • Ensure that the proposed solution as implemented by the design team is in line with the customer's requirements as well as the constraints set by the company
  • Keep your market mapping up to date
  • Participate in international exhibitions and events of the company

Your Qualifications:

  • A university degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field- MSc will be a plus
  • Experience in a similar position will be considered an additional qualification
  • Fluency in English, French or Arabian language
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet)
  • Customer-centric thinking
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility for travel as per business requirements
