Responsibilities

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor performance.

Pricing Strategy:

• Implement pricing strategies as per the Commercial Manager guidelines based on demand forecasts, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Monitor and adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue and occupancy.

Inventory Management:

• Work with Front Office to manage and monitor the room inventory to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
• Monitor reservation patterns to ensure optimal utilization of inventory.

Competitor Analysis:

• Conduct regular analysis of competitor pricing, promotions, and market positioning.
• Develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with sales, marketing, and the operations teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals.

Technology Utilization:

• Good level of excel knowledge of PMS.
• Stay informed about industry-leading technologies and recommend improvements to the existing systems.

Additional tasks as per the need of the department.

 Necessary Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, economics, or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel revenue management, data analysis, or a related field.
• Analytical & numerical skills
• Speaks and writes Greek and English fluently
• Proficient with Excel
