The role

Our Sales Operations Manager is an active member and integral part of our Sales Division. You are located in our head offices in Thessaloniki. As Sales Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the proper management of sales’ targets, forecasts and procedures to enhance sales performance. Your daily work life consists of overseeing and optimizing the sales processes within an organization. You are responsible for managing sales data, analyzing performance metrics, developing sales strategies, and implementing tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency. On daily basis, you will give the right direction to your team to collect all the necessary data and your analysis makes a great impact to the sales strategy and for a better pricing policy to our customers. You will communicate with internal stakeholders within the sales division on a wide selection of tasks including monitoring sales' metrics performance of Alumil Group. Your working life is compromised by several sets of data that should be interpreted and used in reports for the Sales Division. For that purpose, you need to analyze complicated data structures and turn them into valuable insights. Your frequent-use tools are QPR and Power BI. Also, you participate in several sales tasks, as setting the annual budget, analyzing commercial policies, sales & operations planning and costing the produced accessories. Finally, in your responsibilities are included tech duties. You support the automations of the sales division's information systems.

 

Your impact

Indeed, the person we need requires a strong sales and tech background, with knowledge of sales efficiency and sales policies and love for analyzing data, but that’s only the beginning. We want a people-oriented and a team player person, that will coordinate the sales operations team and will come in touch with our sales and marketing team, supporting their functions to create comprehensible reports. Your analytical skills, your attention to detail and your critical thinking skills play a crucial role to understand the numbers and validate the data to reach the right conclusions. 

 

You’re bringing with you

  • Degree in Mathematics, Applied Informatics, Business Administration or similar
  • MSc in Data Analysis will be appreciated
  • Previous experience in a similar position or in the construction industry is required.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel applications and the English language
  • Power BI knowledge
  • Acquainted with Power Automate
  • Very good knowledge of CRM and sales policies
  • Organizational skills, responsibility, time management skills
  • Analytical skills, critical thinking ability and attention to detail
