Main responsibilities:

• Maintain & grow Customer Distribution (Hairdressing Beauty Salons & Barbers)
• New customer acquisition (Field, Key Accounts, Premium salons, Barbers)
• Management of existing customers.
• Regularly visiting Customers (Daily).
• Attends and supports all related customer needs to assure successful development of all brands and services.
• Regular reporting about customers and marketing activities
• Cooperating with Marketing, Sales, and Education team to achieve the company's goals.

Requirements:

• University degree
• 5 years of experience as Sales Representative in relative retail or professional channels.
• Prior experience in a multinational company is an asset
• Proficient knowledge of English and MS Office
• Agility with digital tools and Social Media.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Positive attitude, winning spirit, team player with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Excellent customer orientation & relations, ability to adjust to different customer profiles.
• Ability to travel in Greece.
