Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative in Athens. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, communicating with customers, performing troubleshooting, and handling customer service requests.

 

Responsibilities

  • Collection, record & update lease agreements, customer data & property information.
  • Receiving complex inquiries from tenants & ensuring guests' expectations are met upon moving into their new home.
  • Daily scheduling, collaborating, and managing internal and external partners (decoration department, handymen, technicians, carriers, etc.) to ensure operational excellence in properties.
  • Maintaining long-lasting relations with the company's partners & clients (landlords, agencies, tenants, technicians, etc.).
  • Planning the daily routes of handymen based on the number of stops, location, and type of their tasks assigned, as well as customers' needs and business priorities.

 

Qualifications

  • Customer support, satisfaction, and service skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Troubleshooting skills to identify and solve customer problems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers
  • Fluent in English and Greek
  • Experience in property management or hospitality is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality or a related field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
