About the job

As a Business Development Associate, you will be a crucial contributor to the fast growth of Polypack Group, responsible for developing the business operations of our company in the Greek market. Together with the Head of Sales department, you will be responsible for lead sourcing, contacting new prospects and existing clients and assisting in bringing new business in all the sectors our company is operating in.

Responsibilities

• Search for new leads in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics and Nutraceutical sector
• Contact new and existing clients by phone and email.
• Form business proposals together with the Head of Sales Operations.
• Preparation of commercial documentations for new and existing clientele.
• Meet new and existing clients together with the Head of Sales to bring new business.
• Assisting customers and resolving business issues.

Requirements for the job

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
• Previous work experience in phone sales is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and verbal skills are required.
• Hardworking spirit and ambition for personal growth is highly required. 
• High desire to learn and grow in sales is considered a must.
