Sales and Customer Service Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client inquiries and concerns.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
  • Oversee the execution of existing contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales within accounts under responsibility.
  1. Sales Administration:
  • Manage the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals & ensure seamless delivery of the products
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in key account management or a related role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of the food industry is a plus.
