- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Oversee the execution of existing contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products/services.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales within accounts under responsibility.
- Sales Administration:
- Manage the entire sales process, from order placement to delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals & ensure seamless delivery of the products
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in key account management or a related role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on building lasting relationships.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of the food industry is a plus.
