DEMO SA, one of the world’s largest pharmaceutical manufacturers in injectable facilities is looking for a talented Medical Sales Representative to act as the key link between our company and the private medical market. The main purpose of this role is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s products in order to maximize our future sales growth. This position will be based in Kalamata and will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships and build trust with HCPs (Cardiologists, Pathologists, GPs, Urologists, Pulmonologists, Endocrinologists) through regular and structured contact.
  • Communicate with the medical community on product characteristics and treatment awareness to maximize benefits for the patient.
  • Analyze area data and trends and proceed to conclusions and action plans in cooperation and in alignment with the Sales Manager to drive results.
  • Identify and recommend competitive advantage & opportunities to develop the business in the assigned area.
  • Monitor achievements regularly to ensure follow up on targets. Commitment to exceed sales growth and targets.
  • Share best practices and learnings with the team.
  • Attend medical conferences, sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and other relevant events.
  • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
  • Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up to date with latest medical data.


Requirements

  • Degree, ideally on Business & Marketing or Life Sciences
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Medical Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally focused on cardiologists, pathologists, GPs, Pulmonologists and Urologists.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and sales skills.
  • Self-motivation and results orientation.
  • Availability to travel
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
