We partner with international firms in the markets of printing, surveillance, POS & Retail, Unified Communication, Audio/Video.
We are looking for a qualified Account manager to join our team in Thessaloniki. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.
What you will do
- Manage an existing customer portfolio and increasing customer portfolio to deliver targeted growth
- Develop and grow sales within territory to meet and exceed annual volume, revenue and pipeline development targets
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Utilize strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative business solutions
- Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing and product plans and ensure KPIs are being met
- Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
What we expect from you
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Sales account manager
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Business acumen with understanding of sales performance metrics
- Solid commercial negotiation skills and ability to influence
- Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
