Responsibilities:
A self-motivated Key Account Manager who develops and implement sales strategies for key accounts, including chains of electrical appliance stores, in line with business planning in order to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the actions and strategies executed.
More Specifically They:
- Increase sales from strategic product categories through effective market analysis and strategic planning.
- Conduct research and analysis of the competition, providing timely and proactive market and competitor information.
- Cooperation with Product Managers to identify and analyse opportunities and threats.
- Cooperation with the Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, Financial Management, After Sales departments.
- Ability to manage, solve problems and achieve strategic client objectives (profitability,margins, targeting, sell outs analysis, etc.).
- Formulation and achievement of sales targets based on business planning.
- Achieve targets by prioritizing under pressure conditions.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate and monitor commercial agreements, ensuring adherence to agreed terms and conditions.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Proven experience in key account management, ideally in the small domestic appliances sector.
- Alternatively, candidates with strong experience in buying who are considering their next step in sales, would be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English language, written and spoken. German Language will be an additional advantage.
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Office, G-Suite, experience in a CRM system).
